OPPORTUNITY
Brought in by the VP of Marketing to own campaigns team leadership and execution. Within a few weeks, Covid-19 hit and we had to completely rethink the strategy, staffing and game-plan. We pivoted to lean in to partner-led growth and Growth Street helped Elastic Path define and optimize a partner marketing model to fuel new levels of growth.

RESULTS
Led team through significant restructuring, worked along-side the VP of Marketing to pivot positioning and priorities, created partner marketing model resulting in more efficient and effective marketing efforts, up-leveled talent to achieve aggressive goals.
