Closed a customer experience gap for a Fortune 500 financial services company.

With big financial services companies under fire from new, start-up competition, E*TRADE found themselves painfully behind. They brought in Growth Street in a long-term, fractional capacity to work alongside the SVP of Digital Strategy to understand target customers, journey map online, mobile and branch experiences, manage a team and a number of agencies, and launch new products to attract and retain accounts.

Launch of auto-trader product and enhanced, holistic trading experience, resulted in attracting new target accounts (millennials) and surpassing target trading revenue.
