π When Fortune magazine asked me the key to being wildly successful before 40, what was the first thing that burst into my mind? π
I thought: Everything I thought about success was wrong.
I thought success was:
π The top of the ladder
π Big titles
π Bigger offices
π Even bigger paychecks
What I realized?
I was living someone elseβs dream. π
What did I do?
I hit reset on my definition of success. ππΌ
What Iβve learned about success:
π Success is not copy/paste. Forget copying other people. What work for them may not work for you. Define success for yourself!
π It’s okay to pivot. Whether it’s moving across, down, or starting over, success isn’t always “up” β embrace the jungle gym!
π Make failure part of your story. Failure isnβt the end—itβs part of the journey. Every risk and obstacle teaches us something new.
π Balance matters. Success at work shouldn’t mean sacrificing your personal life. Prioritize what makes you truly happy.
π Dare to be bold. The road less traveled may seem daunting, but it’s where the real growth happens.
π Success is never βdone.β Give yourself permission to evolve with it. π
You do YOU.
Success is not one-size-fits-all.
In fact,
Iβm still defining it for myself!
